Refund policy
Presidential Freedom LLC primarily sells made-to-order, customized, personalized, and handmade products. Because these items are created specifically for each customer, all sales are final unless Presidential Freedom LLC made an error or the product arrived damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for:
Custom or personalized products
Made-to-order products
Custom apparel
Tumblers
Handmade junk cases
Custom purses
Custom denim
Bag charms and keychains
Lip gloss and other personal-care products
Bodysuits, lingerie, or swimwear
Items ordered in the wrong size, color, style, or design by the customer
Customer-approved spelling, names, dates, wording, colors, or designs
Normal differences in handmade products
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all names, wording, sizes, colors, themes, dates, and design details before production begins.
If Presidential Freedom LLC made an error, or an item arrived damaged or defective, please email mailto:PRESIDENTIALFREEDOM@YAHOO.COM within 48 hours of delivery.

Your name
Order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for replacement or store resolution.
Approved claims may be resolved through repair, replacement, store credit, or refund at the discretion of Presidential Freedom LLC.
Do not return any product without receiving approval and return instructions first.
Items approved for return must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, and damage, and must include the original packaging and tags when applicable.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the return resulted from an error made by Presidential Freedom LLC.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Presidential Freedom LLC reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet this policy.
